As a captain , you become the architect of coaching excellence during the training and more importantly ensuring the students are integrating training  post training weekends by supporting, coaching and leading the coachteam. As captain you are the catalyst for coach development.


Program Structure

Captaining  Fundamentals

During you captain course  will explore, learn and deliver;

  • Advanced mentor coaching techniques for developing transformational coaches and their leadership competencies

  • Provided feedback that accelerates growth without creating dependency

  • Distinguishing between supervision, mentoring, and coaching the coach

  • When to lead and when to manage 

  • A keen understanding of the developmental journey of transformational coaches

  • Supporting coaches in discovering their unique coaching voice and methodology

  • Advanced skills in coaching the coaches—supporting peer coaches  to develop their own coaching mastery while continuing their personal transformation journey.

  •  one-on-one coaching sessions that inspire growth

  • Master working with different learning styles and developmental needs

  • Building trust and rapport that encourages vulnerability and authentic growth from each coach

Your Personal Leadership  Evolution

  • Examine and transform any limiting beliefs about your capacity to develop others

  • Deepen your understanding of your own leadership and mentoring style

  • Expand your vision to encompass your role as a leading and developing coaches

  • Deepen your understanding in how to Cultivate  environments where coaches experience support and elevate each other's growth

Master Mentor Coaching Develop advanced skills in coaching the coaches—supporting peer coaches in developing their own coaching mastery while continuing their personal transformation journey.

Leadership Development Excellence Learn to develop other leaders systematically and intentionally, creating pipelines of exceptional coaches who can carry forward the Leadership Mastery mission with excellence and integrity.


Who Should Apply

Ideal Candidates Are:

Participants must currently be 18 years to 100 years old.
