As a captain , you become the architect of coaching excellence during the training and more importantly ensuring the students are integrating training post training weekends by supporting, coaching and leading the coachteam. As captain you are the catalyst for coach development.

Advanced mentor coaching techniques for developing transformational coaches and their leadership competencies
Provided feedback that accelerates growth without creating dependency
Distinguishing between supervision, mentoring, and coaching the coach
