You will simultaneously develop advanced coaching competencies while engaging in your own next level of personal development. This dual journey transforms accomplished leaders into masterful coaches who can hold space for vulnerability, guide others through resistance, and create safe containers for life-changing revelations—because they continue to do this courageous work in their own lives.

Coaching Visionary Leadership Duration: 2 Nights, 2 Days Intensive

• Advanced listening techniques that create breakthrough conversations

• The art of powerful questioning that unlocks hidden beliefs and barriers

• Creating psychological safety for deep vulnerability and authentic expression

• Distinguishing between coaching, mentoring, and therapy

Supporting Visionary Leadership Development

• Understanding the self-awareness journey and belief exploration process

• Facilitating emotional intelligence development in others

• Coaching for enhanced communication skills and relationship building

• Supporting participants in discovering their life purpose and vision

Your Personal Visionary Evolution

• Deepen your own self-awareness through advanced introspective practices

• Explore and transform any remaining limiting beliefs about your coaching capacity

Transformational Coach Community Leadership

• Participate in one immersive training weekends (Thursday evening through Sunday)

• Receive personal coaching from a dynamic transformational leader

Key Competencies You'll Develop

Transformational Presence Master the ability to be fully present with others in their moments of breakthrough and struggle. Learn to embody the qualities of trust, wisdom, and unconditional positive regard that create space for authentic transformation.

Breakthrough Facilitation Develop the skills to recognize when someone is on the edge of a breakthrough and know how to skillfully guide them through resistance to revelation. Learn to work with limiting beliefs and support identity shifts.

Integration Support Master the art of helping students integrate insights from intensive experiences into their daily lives. Understand the common pitfalls and challenges that arise between modules and how to provide ongoing support.
