This program operates on the fundamental principle that the most powerful coaches are those who remain committed to their own growth. You will simultaneously develop advanced coaching competencies while engaging in your own next level of personal development. This dual journey transforms accomplished leaders into masterful coaches who can hold space for vulnerability, guide others through resistance, and create safe containers for life-changing revelations—because they continue to do this courageous work in their own lives.

Your Personal Strategic Life Plan Evolution

• Create and execute your advanced Strategic Life Plan 

• Develop sustainable habits and practices that support both your personal evolution and coaching excellence

• Integrate your identity as a coach with all other aspects of your life and relationships

• Establish measurable outcomes for your impact as both a leader and a coach in your community

Ongoing Coaching Relationship Management

• Building and maintaining long-term coaching relationships

Peer Coach Community Leadership

• Participate in four immersive training weekends (Friday evening through Sunday)

• Receive personal coaching from a dynamic transformational leader

• Participate in peer coaching circles for mutual support and skill refinement

Key Competencies You'll Develop

Transformational Presence Master the ability to be fully present with others in their moments of breakthrough and struggle. Learn to embody the qualities of trust, wisdom, and unconditional positive regard that create space for authentic transformation.

Strategic Life Plan Guidance Become proficient in helping participants create, refine, and execute their Strategic Life Plans. Learn to ask the questions that reveal true desires versus should-based goals, and support accountability without judgment.

Breakthrough Facilitation Develop the skills to recognize when someone is on the edge of a breakthrough and know how to skillfully guide them through resistance to revelation. Learn to work with limiting beliefs and support identity shifts.

Integration Support Master the art of helping students integrate insights from intensive experiences into their daily lives. Understand the common pitfalls and challenges that arise between modules and how to provide ongoing support.
